Let’s Move, Get Active & Take Action
Our New Start, New You workshop will help you become the best you that you can be. This eight-week health and fitness program is free and open to everyone. Just visit us at the Health Partners Plans Community Wellness Center. Our trained counselor will work with you in a small group setting for one hour each week on topics like nutrition basics, healthy meal planning, physical activity, time management, (motivation) and more. All participants will receive a free journal and a scale to track progress throughout the program.

New Start, New You is presented by Health Partners Plans (HPP). It runs from January 25 to March 15. You must be age 18 or older to join. Participants can join at any time during the eight-week program. For best results, we encourage you to participate in each weekly session.

February 1: Nutrition Fundamentals
February 8: Healthy Meals
February 15: Health Issues Related to Being Overweight and Obese
February 22: Physical Activity
March 1: Barriers and Social Cues
March 8: Time Management, Dealing with Stressors
March 15: Staying motivated and Using Your Social Network
