Phoebe Robb is a Master Watershed Steward with Chester and Delaware Counties and a Master Gardener with Chester County. As a Master Watershed Steward she has provided presentations to community groups in Delaware and Chester County as well as conducted training for incoming Master Watershed Steward trainees on native plants and tree planting. She participates in her local township Environmental Advisory Counsel providing guidance on storm water issues and native plants. As a Master Gardener she assists with the Chester County Master Gardener Hotline and manages a demonstration garden at Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site
