The Port Richmond trail is a 2-mile, L-shaped section of Delaware and Allegheny Avenues along the Delaware River in the River Wards section of Philadelphia. The trail is part of the East Coast Greenway and serves as a new recreation outlet for cyclists, runners and pedestrians, and connects the local community to the river. PennDOT is working on expanding this trail from Orthodox Street to the Frankford Boat Launch as part of an extension project for Delaware Avenue. This trail intersects with the Lewis Street Connector.
