​Come as you are — solo or with a friend — and enjoy a relaxed walk, great conversations, and a chance to unwind in good company. No pressure, no step count goals — just intentional movement and community vibes. 

​These casual walks are followed by a chill out session on the grass overlooking the river! Bring a small tapestry, water and snacks if you’d like.
